Yes, there is a lift. All bedrooms have doors and are independent from the living area. Not sure what apartment are you talking about. But the attics entrance are in the pool terrace.

Please could you tell us where the parking is for cars,

It is 900 meters as the apartment is in the centre of downtown and all the zona is a semi pedestrian área. There is a limitación in cars size. And it is a courtesy parking of the property subject to demand.

Awesome pool on the roof, view was excellent. Nice spacious and modern apartment. Communication with property owner was excellent. Free parking.

Bad wifi, no wifi in the bedroom and toilets. No dishwasher or microwave. We saw ants in the apartment. The pool is too small, especially when more than 2 couples are using it. Small bed in the bedroom. Parking is far away and narrow to navigate, but it is included in the price.

Wonderful

Excellent location, close to Las Setas, and walking distance from all the historic sites of central Seville. Apartment was very well equipped and clean.

The parking was about 10 minutes' walk away, in an underground car park with very narrow and difficult access. Not suitable for large cars. The area around the apartment also has very narrow streets, so driving can be challenging.

Very Good

The very central position, in the heart of the old town. The pool on the rooftop. The kindness of the owner, helpful and always available by ozone or via Booking.com app (he supported us during our stay and gave us many info and suggestion).

The apartment wasn't perfectly clean, they should do better... the noise from the other apartments at night (many foreign people screaming at night...) and the air conditioning which was in german (?), very difficult to set up.

this is definitely one of the nicest apts I have ever stayed in

it’s central location plus it was spotless, well equipped and communication was excellent

the parking is hard to find and a certain competence of driving is required to navigate the car park

Lovely modern and spacious apartment with all facilities that you would require. Location is perfect! The helpfulness of the staff was nothing short of exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble, and we would definitely stay here again.

What was the highlight of Indulge in Seville C

Fantastic base to explore Sevilla, but bring earplugs for the noise.

Incredibly good location, right in the heart of everywhere you’d want to be for a short trip. Exceptionally well-located, easy to access, about a 15 minute walk from the Alcazar and the Cathedral, and 5 mins away from the Parasol with lots of (very good) restaurants nearby. Contact with the staff was quick, easy and efficient. They were very helpful with recommendations re: places to eat and did their best to make the visit an easy one. The place was nicely furnished, and clearly finished to a very good standard, and beds were quite comfortable. The blackout shades are an excellent bonus!

For the amount charged, the amenities could have been much better (kitchen rolls, maybe a few bottles of water, a few extra Nespresso capsules?). The real problem is the lack of sound-proofing/dampening — the whole venue is incredibly noisy and you can hear anything and everything (maintenance and cleaning staff shouting instructions to each other, rowdy guests, crying children etc.). Also a bit strange that there are no blinds for the “living room” windows that face other apartments; people can stare right in. Maybe we got unlucky but there were a LOT of mosquitos and bugs.

Perfect location in center of the old town.

Perfect location in center of the old town. The apartment was clean and nice. The temperature inside the apartment was perfect. Roof terrace was nice. Nice helpful support on the phone by the host. Parking space 10 minutes walk for our car included in rent.

We experienced people talk from the window shaft around 23. Instruction on how to get in was received too late and the instructions was in Spanish which made somewhat difficult to understand.

Very nice place for a couple wanting to enjoy the city life

Location is really perfect, if you walk 2 minutes you can find a restaurant, and there are a lot of activities in less than 10 minutes walk. There is everything you might need for a short stay (a fridge, a coffee machine, soaps, enough towels, TV, cooking, enough power outlets...). Everything was clean and the temperature inside the apartment was perfect. The swimming pool is small but at least it exists. The bedroom can be almost 100% dark so you can sleep easily. No keys to access so you don't have to bring anything with you when you go out, and you can arrive at any time.

The bathroom is quite small (you can't open the door without almost going stepping in the shower). The matress could be more comfortable. The building is quite noisy when someone talks in the hallway (particularly kids or people talking on their phones), it can wake you up if you want to sleep late and you forgot to close the bedroom door.

fantastic new apartment

fantastic apartment with lots of restaurants shops and bakery nearby. about 8min walk to cathedral. We had attic bedroom so had terrace near the pool which was great. got to eat breakfast outside each day. Had problem with AC and someone came within the hour to resolve it. very polite and friendly staff. having code instead of key is great when we don't all go home at the same time. would definitely recommend staying here

Loved the location and very quiet. Problem with AC was resolved quickly.

Very dusty under the bed...needed a hoover. Could of had a kettle to make tea. Spanish instructions to get In made it hard to understand. Wifi wasn't great. Shower leaking still in ensuite as stated on previous reviews.
